Robert Lewandowski, a striker from Poland, is getting older and is very close to turning 35, thus Barcelona is seeking for a successor. Barcelona will sign Brazilian Vitor Rocke, a striker for Athletico Paranaense, during the forthcoming summer transfer window, according to the Spanish publication “Mundo Deportivo.”

According to the source, Barcelona has decided that Rocke has to be signed and has informed the player’s representation of this decision. Rocke apparently gave Barcelona precedence despite being concerned about the sincerity of Barcelona’s authorities or their inability to sign him because of Financial Fair Play restrictions.

Although Rocke has drawn interest from English giants Chelsea and Arsenal, he places Barcelona at the top of his priority list. In order to sign Rocke or accept the La Liga salary bill plan, Barcelona is actively trying to get rid of one of its attackers, most likely Ferran Torres or Ansu Fati.
