Achraf Hakimi, a Moroccan international, is apparently eager to be sold by Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) during the forthcoming summer transfer window. Hakimi’s recent performances have reportedly drawn criticism from some PSG executives, prompting the club to explore high bids for him, according to the French publication “L’Equipe”.

According to the publication, Hakimi received criticism during his first season with PSG because he struggled to fit in with the French league and the playing style of then-coach Mauricio Pochettino. Even though Hakimi had a promising start to his second season, PSG management apparently think he hasn’t been operating at his best since the 2022 World Cup ended.

Additionally, the coaching staff of the squad is said to be frustrated after Hakimi was dismissed from a game against Lorient in the French league, and the Moroccan defender has come under fire internally.

Additionally, according to PSG management, Hakimi’s proximity to Kylian Mbappe is apparently having a detrimental impact on the French striker.
